 Currently offered classes Guided group meditation classes are held on Tuesdays at 8 PM. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. New 3-week meditation class series starts on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. *CLASS IS FULL*. We will explore relaxation, meditation and imagery for self-healing. Cost is $45 for the series of 3 classes. Classes are approximately 75 minutes in length and conclude with sharing observations and a cup of tea. Beginners or more experienced meditators are welcome. During classes we explore various core practices such as mindfulness, mantra, subtle body, imagery, and self-inquiry. From time to time, we also delve into various non-core practices such as chakra meditation and others. For location details or any further questions, please contact us. Edita, I just want to let you know that I went for my MRI yesterday. It was my first time in that big machine. Anxiety and panic took over when I first went in. I had to stay in there for 45 minutes!! But I have to say, thanks for the relaxation and breathing techniques, I was able to run the course with very minimal problems. I did well and I am very proud of myself.
